The Senior Appointments Group - The scope of the Senior Appointments Group is the recruitment and selection of individuals for high profile and/or senior level appointments within an organization. Where appropriate, our search capabilities extend well beyond the Greater Toronto Area. Recognizing that in the executive recruitment industry a global presence is becoming mandatory, Angus Employment has created a new global alliance of high profile independent search firms in the interest of creating an international network of recruitment firms with representation in most major city centres throughout the world. This new alliance is called the Intercontinental Search Group.
Professional Placement Division - The mandate of the Professional Placement Division is the placement of professional staff in an organization on a permanent or contract basis. Generally speaking, this division is responsible for the placement of individuals in all professional occupations.
Clerical, Administrative & Temporary Staffing Division - As the name implies, the scope of this division involves the placement of individuals in positions such as Secretarial, Reception, Accounting, General Office, Administrative, Customer Service (English & Bilingual), Inside Sales etc. on both a Permanent and Temporary basis.
Outplacement Services - It’s a little known fact, but Angus has been offering Outplacement Services as an added service since the mid-1980’s. Offered on a select basis to our clients, we create custom tailored Outplacement & Career Transition programs for individuals at all levels within an organization.
